    The Oticon Ordering Service is a website dedicated to help hearing aid clinics order hearing aids, clinic supplies, documentation, and other accessories from Oticon. This solution makes it easy for a clinician to search for a product, add it to a shopping cart, and submit the order.

    The website also features:

    • Ordering to different clinics
    • Assigning an order to a patient
    • Check for the warranty status of a piece of equipment
    • Viewing the order history

    OneSoftWay was responsible for all pieces of this project from design to the database, and to the responsive website development.

    Sonic PartnerLink Mobile App

    Sonic wanted a mobile first application that can handle all the ordering for any hearing aid clinic that is using products from Sonic. And we delivered.

    The Sonic PartnerLink Mobile app allows a clinician to easily find and order a hearing aid, part, or accessory right from an Android or iPhone. At OneSoftWay we took care of the entire project from brain storming, design, development, and submissions to the appropriate app stores.

    My Oticon Mobile App

    My Oticon is an iOS app we created for Demant a world leading supplier of hearing care products.

    Out team created this app from the design stage all the way to App Store deployment. My Oticon allows clinicians to browse and order supplies directly from the app. Making hearing care product ordering that much more convenient. With an easy-to-use interface we designed the app from the ground up for mobile phones.

    With My Oticon we also created and managed the backend API and services to facilitate all the required transactions.

    DiaTec Canada

    Diatec is another example of an application dedicated to hearing clinicians. Diatec is a leading manufacturer of audiological equipment.

    This website allows a clinician to order all kinds of audio diagnostic equipment right from Diatec. Each order can be tracked to determine its status.

    We took care of handling hundreds of different types of equipment and parts and creating a website that allows a clinician to easily find what they need with our comprehensive search.

    Ear Mold Design

    This web portal for Ear Mold Design is another ordering software solution focussed on ear molds. A hearing aid clinic may decide to make an impression of the ear canal if a patient requires a custom ear piece.

    These impressions are sent as an order to Ear Mold Design using our web portal using some 3D file formats like .STL, .HPS, .ASC. 

    The clinician can also submit a new order with an impression that was already submitted in the past.

    DiaTec Canada – Marketing – Document Management System

    There’s an example of a document management system that is used by DiaTec Canada for keeping their marketing material organized and secure. Each file is securely stored based on the user’s permission and organized into folders or categories. 

    A user with the right permissions can easily move files from one folder to another and create new folders, etc.

    Employee Change Form – HR

    This web portal allows an administrator to create custom forms with drop downs, input fields, check boxes, multi select, and more.

    An admin with a what-you-see-is-what-you-get user interface can easily create and edit each field. Then when the admin is done with the form he/she can send it off to whom they choose to be filled in. Once the users have filled in the form, all the information can be collected and sent to the admin as a report.
